Ask your General Practitioner for a Mental Health Treatment Plan - let them know you would like to be referred to Delve Therapy - Adam Laurendi. You can have up to 10x sessions per calendar year with rebate. These sessions can include Focused Psychological Strategies, such as EMDR, CBT-based therapies and Mindfulness/Grounding Techniques.

For Social Workers requiring Continuing Professional Development or other workers in the field wanting clinical supervision to provide guidance & oversight for skill development & managing challenges in their workplace.

Embodied Processing is a Somatic & Psycho-Therapeutic approach to exploring the roots of trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, addiction and other stress related issues, through a Poly-Vagal Nervous System lens. Not recognised by AASW as a Focused Psychological Strategy, therefore no rebate.
